Return policies

Our products have an extended 14-day right of return, starting from receipt of the product. The products must be in the same condition as when they are received. For reasons of hygiene, the return right does not apply to socks if the seal has been removed. After checking the returned products, we will reimburse you products price, with the payment method used in the order.

Shipments not picked up from the service point or parcel machines are not returns, and in this case we charge the normal shipping and return costs for the returned shipments.
